Jim Kelleher
Jim holds a Juris Doctorate from Western New England University and an LLM in Tax from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Georgia Bar. With over three decades of mastery in federal and state tax, he has managed 5,000+ transactions globally. After excelling in Big 4 and middle-tier environments, Jim launched Venture Tax Group to champion the lower middle market.
Tzvi Ausubel
Tzvi holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from Queens College, where he double majored in Accounting and Information Systems and Economics, and a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law, with a concentration in Taxation and Real Estate law. Tzvi is a Tax Attorney and CPA with over 15 years of experience navigating the intersection of tax, law, and complex financial transactions.
