Jim Kelleher
Jim holds a Juris Doctorate from Western New England University and an LLM in Tax from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Georgia Bar. With over three decades of mastery in federal and state tax, he has managed 5,000+ transactions globally. After excelling in Big 4 and middle-tier environments, Jim launched Venture Tax Group to champion the lower middle market.

Patrice Kelleher
Patrice has a BBA from the University of Georgia. Patrice Kelleher has extensive knowledge of both QuickBooks and Avalara and works on preparing sales tax returns for Voluntary Disclosure Agreements.
